Erin Tanner
Founder
Erin is a seasoned wine professional with a passion for making wine approachable, understandable, and enjoyable for everyone. As the owner of Tanner's Tannins Wine Education & Consulting, Erin provides expert guidance and education to wine enthusiasts and industry professionals alike.
A culmination of experiences and inspiration throughout her wine career led Erin to fall in love with blending product knowledge and storytelling, connecting with others and helping them to navigate the complex wine industry.
A recent graduate of a Master's program from the Culinary Institute of America, Erin is dedicated to furthering her expertise in the beverage industry. In addition, Erin holds several esteemed certifications, including WSET Level 3, Certified Specialist of Spirits, and the Introductory Certificate with the Court of Master Sommeliers.
With a mission to demystify wine and make it accessible to all, Erin continues to inspire and educate through her work, fostering a deep appreciation for wine and the connections it creates with others.
When she’s not running around Napa Valley or through the hills of Piedmont, she can be seen being walked by her beagle, Lila, around Stamford, CT.
